Our Schiehallion and Clachan Sorcha units are designed to work perfectly together to create a full width bed setup making the most of your available sleeping and living space. The Schiehallion usually lives on the driver side at a standard length of 1800mm and height of 406mm, this is essentialy your main bed unit which pulls out sideways into the van from sofa to bed mode. Technically it can live alone in the van as single bed but adding the Clachan Sorcha allows a full width setup.

You can opt for a 1400mm Schiehallion with a 400mm ext box allowing for multiple seating options, this is ideal in SWB Kombi vans but works equally well in a LWB.

Torridon - Same unit but features a 1.4m extending rear storage drawer

Our Clachan Sorcha unit lives on the passenger side at a standard length of 1400mm (1200mm in a SWB) and is designed to fill the space that the Schiehallion bed unit can't reach, this way you get a full width bed setup. We would recommend using a 1400mm long Clachan Sorcha in a LWB which will sit just short of the sliding door, you can also extend the bed length by an additional 380mm with our flip up bed extension giving you a total of 1780mm when using as extra bed space.

in a LWB your bed system will take up 1800mm on the driver side and in most medium van types will leave you with approx 900mm usable space behind the driver seat for a kitchen pod. Our 'Bruich' range is here to fill that gap and provide various options to add more cooking/prep or storage functionality to your LWB build. We recommend our Bruich Mhor pod in a long wheel base, its the biggest in our Bruich Beag pod and takes your kitchen area to another level with a full pullout drawer from the side door.
