Our Flippy Uppy Bed Extension is designed to add extra sleeping length to your Clachan, Clachan Sorcha, Assynt or Torridon. When it's not being as a bed extension the extension simply folds down keeping the sliding door access clear - more floor space during the day, massive bed at night. Winner. Removing the cushion also creates a handy bedside table or prep space.
 
When choosing the correct version please make sure you select whether you have a Clachan or a Clachan Sorcha 
 
When fitted to a Clachan or Clachan Sorcha and paired with a Torridon or Assynt its allows a 1200 or 1400 Clachan/Clachan Sorcha to better match the length ot your bed system for the max amount of overall bed space possible.
 
For example
1800 Torridon on the right
1400 Clachan PLUS 380 bed ext will total 1780mm on the passenger side
or
1200 Clachan PLUS 380 bed ext will total 1580mm on the passenger side
 
With our Assynt system https://www.theplyguys.co.uk/product-page/assynt-new the Flippy Uppy is a standard feature on the passenger side. 
 
The flip up brackets mean that the product once fitted can be in either the down position (allowing for easy access in/out of your van) or the up position when in bed mode.
 
*IMPORTANT*
This is not a seat please don't sit on it, its not load bearing and wont support the weight of a person, remember its just for your legs to stretch out (max load rating 50kg)
