If you have an issue or are unhappy with one of our products we will always do our best to help fix the problem as quickly as possible, please email us with as much info and include images or video of any faults and we'll reply asap.

Standard orders on our campervan furniture once fitted or assembled cannot be returned, however If you have any faulty or missing parts we will aim to fix this as soon as possible.

We take a non-refundable downpayment of 50% on all bespoke orders, this is to ensure we cover our design and consultation fees so please make sure you are happy to proceed with your order as once products are cut and delivered may not be returned.​
