Returns Policy

At The Ply Guys, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

​

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products (including bespoke furniture) are not eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at warranty@theplyguys.co.uk with your order or invoice number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • You’ll get an email confirming your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Important: If your order is delivered by courier or on a pallet, you must inspect the goods for damage before signing for them. If damage is found, please note it with the delivery driver and contact us immediately. This is essential so we can raise the issue with the relevant carrier.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We’ll aim to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund items when applicable
