Our compact kitchen pod was originally designed for micro campers, but we liked it so much we made a version for medium vans too. Whether you’ve got a Caddy Maxi, Transit Custom, or Transporter T6, you can now add a sleek, slide-out kitchen and storage solution that doesn’t take up your whole van.

The Bruich Biadh is built to maximise space and function without sacrificing comfort. With dual-height sections, integrated storage, and a smooth 1.4m side drawer, it brings smart cooking to small spaces. Whether you're making breakfast in the rain or cracking a cold one post surf—this pod's got you covered.

Version

The Bruich Biadh is available in two size configurations, depending on your van:

Small Van Version – Designed to fit VW Caddy, Caddy Maxi, and similar micro campers

Medium Van Version – Sized for T5/T6, Transit Custom, and other mid-size panel vans

Both versions offer the same smart layout—just scaled to match your space.

Style

We offer three style options to suit your setup, storage needs, and how you like to cook:

Low Level

A single-height bench unit with no raised kitchen section—great for minimal layouts or those needing more seating.

One-height surface

Extra seat space

Still includes full-length drawer and top access

Kitchen

Our most popular setup. Includes a raised kitchen worktop with internal storage below.

Elevated cooking surface

Space below for mugs, plates, dry goods

Lower rear section fits a cool box and doubles as a seat

Fixed Fridge (LWB vans only)

Same as the Kitchen style but with a cut-out aperture to install a CRX50 or Transporter HQ-style fridge.

Front-facing fridge access

Raised kitchen layout with integrated fridge housing

Please note: This option is only suitable for LWB vans if used alongside a bed system—the fridge door won’t open properly in an SWB due to space limits

Drawer Box Options

The Bruich Biadh features a 1.4m side slide-out drawer, mounted on heavy-duty 230kg runners. It’s available in two smart configurations:

Cookstation Setup – For those who want an integrated, ready-to-go kitchen

Storage Setup – A flexible layout focused on gear and utility, but still cook-friendly

A compact kitchen system built into the drawer—designed for efficient cooking inside or outside the van.

Twin end-lockers for utensils, food, or gas storage

Central shelf platform fits a two-burner stove (perfect for CADAC)

Lower compartment for dry goods, cookware, or supplies

Two removable locker tops double as prep boards or cooking surfaces

Ideal for campers who want to keep everything in one spot and ready to roll

Storage Setup

Designed with flexibility in mind—more space for gear, but still cooking-capable.

Placement

The Bruich Biadh is designed to mount behind the front seat, with the drawer pulling out the either the passenger OR drivers side door and works in both SWB and LWB vans.

Pair It With

Torridon or Schiehallion bed systems – 1700mm for Caddy / Maxi setups, 1800 or 1900mm for medium vans

Argyll - can double as desk seating with this bed system, great for remote workers

Thunderbox – Use the space between your bed and the Biadh in a LWB setup when using an 1800 bed system

Yeti Tundra 35/45 or Alpicool 25 – Cool boxes that fit perfectly ontop of the low seat section

Cadac - Our cookstation setup is designed around the CADAC. It slots neatly into the drawer's central shelf area for a solid, rattle-free fit—ready to go when hunger strikes.
