If you have an issue or are unhappy with one of our products we will always do our best to help fix the problem as quickly as possible, please read through our returns policy below for more info or feel free to give us a call.

Standard orders on our campervan furniture once fitted or assembled cannot be returned, however If you have any faulty or missing parts we will aim to fix this as soon as possible.

We take a non-refundable downpayment of 50% on all bespoke orders, this is to ensure we cover our design and consultation fees so please make sure you are happy to proceed with your order as once products are cut and delivered may not be returned.​
